GenAI Developer Enablement
We are looking for a hands-on software engineer to help teams adopt and leverage AI-assisted development tools in real-world software workflows. This is a developer-focused, senior-level contract role involving coding, tool enablement, and training.
What You’ll Do

Build and refine prompt patterns for code generation, refactoring, and test automation

Create quick demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase AI tool value

Design and deliver developer enablement, including live workshops and recorded tutorials on practical GenAI use cases

Collaborate with engineering teams to roll out AI tooling and integrate it into existing development workflows

Communicate effectively with engineers and leadership, providing updates and insights as needed
What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with at least one AI dev tool (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf)

Proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot

Deep understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI workflows

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to developers

Comfortable switching contexts across coding, demos, and enablement

Bonus: knowledge of Mainframe/SAP systems (not required)
