Salesforce Architect (Tactical and Strategic role)
We are seeking a tactical and strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of an AI-enabled, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic and systems thinking, architectural governance, and hands-on delivery.
You will define platform architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and orgs, design AI-first solutions using Salesforce’s AI ecosystem, and ensure secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems and contact-center technologies. The role requires active involvement in proof-of-concept development, alongside ownership of architectural standards, security, and DevOps practices.
This role needs your experience in:
- Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and contact-center platforms
- Working knowledge of Experience Cloud and enterprise multi-org, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Understanding of REST-based API integration patterns
- Practical experience designing AI-driven solutions using the Einstein 1 Platform, Prompt Builder etc
- Familiarity with Data Cloud, event-driven architectures, and API-led connectivity
- Solid foundation in DevOps and CI/CD, using Copado or similar tools for automated testing and release governance
