Digital Content and Community Manager position

Our NYC based SaaS client has a need for a Digital Content and Community Manager to build, scale and implement the digital presence and engagement strategy for one of their products. This is a hands-on content creation role for someone skilled at digital marketing along with proven success in writing and growing social and digital platforms.
In order to be considered, this individual must be a strong writer and content developer, capable of generating clear, compelling and high-quality content across platforms. This resource will own content creation and channel management across social media, newsletter, blogs, and their website, while continuing to build programming that strengthens their enterprise community.
Responsibilities:
- Write and develop original content across LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, blog, and newsletter
- Draft executive thought leadership posts and long-form articles in partnership with leadership
- Translate announcements, stories, and strategic initiatives into engaging digital narratives
- Maintain editorial standards and ensure consistency in voice and tone
- Support executive visibility through post drafting, content cadence management, and engagement strategy
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and proactively drive conversation
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy for growth and engagement

Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, editorial, or community building
- Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated experience developing both short-form and long-form B2B content
- Proven success growing and managing social platforms (particularly LinkedIn) through original content creation
- Experience drafting executive-level thought leadership content
- Strong digital marketing foundation with measurable results in engagement and audience growth
- Experience owning newsletters, blog strategy, and website content
- Proficiency in social media analytics, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Experience in startups, SaaS, HR/PeopleTech, or innovation-focused organizations
Salary: $50 – $55 / per Hour
