Customer Success Representative Fairfield, CT

Start-up division within a global technology solutions company is looking to hire a Customer Success Representative that will be a key player in the growth of a brand-new digital system. You’ll be looked upon to gain expert knowledge of their product as you’ll be taking on responsibilities such as implementation and integration support as well as ensuring seamless adoption by their clients. Join a rapidly growing team of highly skilled members that values teamwork and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Account Manager, Business Analyst Manager, and cross-functional teams to define goals and scope
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, such as tech support and conducting training activities, to thoroughly understand their needs
  • Create and develop Client Integration Plan
  • Help oversee project from concept to ensuring a seamless final implementation

Qualification:

  • College Degree preferred
  • Prior experience with customer facing software implementations
  • Strong experience with CRM, such as SalesForce
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Good problem solver
