Silver Search is a premier regional staffing firm with a 20+ year track-record of success; known for quality and results. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Recruiter / Client Development Specialist who is passionate about the industry and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, build and maintain long-term, value-based customer / candidate relationships in order to achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
- Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements
- Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Available positions
- Mastery of boolean search
- Work with Sales Team to identify the right Candidates
- Screening and Interviewing all potential Candidates
- Maintain proper documentation at all times
- Experience with ATS applications
- Prepare and Debrief Candidates before and after interview
- Utilize LinkedIn and other Social Media Sites for sourcing
- Post Ads Regularly
- Build and maintain relationships
- Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of IT recruiting experience; ideally 3 years of staffing experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Proven track record with establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners
