Sr. Compensation Analyst EST Time Zone
Sr. Compensation Analyst position is available for a 3-5+ month contract position that is 100% remote, but you must be able to support the EST time zone.
Some highlights of the role –
-Compensation Planning Process – Support the annual compensation planning process (merit salary increases, promotions, bonuses, and long-term incentive awards)
-Market Intelligence – Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of market trends to maintain the competitiveness of employee pay and pay practices via compensation surveys
-Data Management and Analytics – Contribute to special studies, cost and impact analyses, and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or equity awards
-Advanced Excel skills a MUST
-Any Pay Factors experience is a PLUS
