Help Desk Analyst New York, NY

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This person will be working remote but will need to be onsite in New York, NY on an as needed basis. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in law firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Ensures accurate entry of incoming Help Desk calls into the tracking system.
  • Provides end-user support, identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
  • Maintains and troubleshoots PC hardware/software/LAN and Voice network issues.
  • Diagnoses problems through discussions with users, coordinating with internal IT support, operations groups, and vendors.
  • Installs/upgrades PC components and software, plans/responds to service outages, and conducts user training on new technology/software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field preferred; equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous law firm or professional services experience is essential.
  • Strong dedication to delivering quality customer service.
  • Expert knowledge of native Word and other legal applications.
