Call Center Supervisor Parsippany, NJ
Our client is an insurance company in the medical field with an immediate need for a Supervisor of their Call Center. This is a FULL TIME opportunity and requires onsite work 2 days onsite/week in Parsippany, NJ.
- 5+ years of call center experience ensuring an exemplary, frontline customer experience for customers.
- Hire, coach and develop Customer Service Agents to respond to customer inquiries.
- Identify operational issues and propose potential solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Provide learning or coaching opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation and decision making skills.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of call center operational functions, including IVR technology, forecasting, metrics and other contact center software.
- Background in health insurance, medical or dental preferred.
