Our major client dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality products to their customers is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with proven experience working on digital solutions proects.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the success of a client s customer-facing website and online portal. This position requires understanding of functionalities of a website and how to improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales and marketing, digital solutions, technical team etc) to deliver exceptional digital projects.
Required skills:
More than seven years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on customer-facing websites and online portal projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder expectations
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales and marketing, digital solutions, technical team etc) on complex digital projects.
Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and online portal functionalities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for website and portal enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of defects and issues during testing phases.
Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
