Senior Business Analyst for Engineering client (East Coast REMOTE)
Senior BA–must have manufacturing/supply chain experience
EAST COAST based but REMOTE

Our client is a New Jersey based engineering company with an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst. The qualified candidate will join the team as a long-term contractor, heavily involved as a BA for manufacturing related initiatives. Experience in SAP is preferred.
Core responsibilities:
- Eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements for major migration taking place.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, processes, and data mapping requirements to be developed by the technical team.
- Perform gap analysis, process flows, current state/future state, swimlane diagrams.
- Facilitate UAT to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications
Required experience:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience; preferably in manufacturing and/or B2B durable goods.
- Modeling experience (e.g., process/data flows, analysis diagrams).
- Expertise in gap analysis, process flows, current state/future state, swimlane diagrams.
- Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in SAP S4 Hana or SAP ECC Sales and Billing is a plus.
- Experience in Jira is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
