Senior Project Manager-Organizational Change Management Cumming, GA
Atlanta, GA based tech client has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with Change Management and Product Enablement. This PM will drive the people side of transformation, ensuring new products, features, and technology releases are successfully adopted across the enterprise, ensuring product delivery and organizational adoption are cohesive. This includes organizational alignment, communication, training, and readiness activities to ensure effective on-boarding and release launches.
- Long term contract position, onsite in Cumming, GA 3x a week
- Must be local and available to interview ONSITE
- Can be C2C or W2 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximize feature adoption.
- Produce engaging communications that effectively convey purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of change.
- Partner with project/program managers in order to effectively integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Lead Q&A sessions for user community.
- Track adoption and adherence to technology related business practices and provide feedback to area leaders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, Lewin).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Communications.
Salary: $80 – $90 / per Hour
