Senior Business Systems Analyst (Insurance operations)

**Hybrid model with required onsite presence three days per week**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the insurance operations space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, excels in analyzing complex data workflows, and has hands-on experience supporting data implementation efforts. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology groups to gather, document, and refine requirements
• Analyze and map end-to-end data workflows, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Support and contribute to data implementation initiatives, including data migration, integration, validation, and reconciliation efforts
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements across insurance operations
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and consensus
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality
• Assist in testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and validation of solutions, particularly for data-related changes
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for implemented solutions

What this role needs:

• Extensive years of experience as a Business Analyst including more than five years in insurance operations environments
• Strong understanding of policy lifecycle processes, underwriting workflows, claims, and/or billing operations
• Demonstrated experience supporting data implementation projects (e.g., system migrations, data onboarding, integrations)
• Proven ability to analyze and improve complex data workflows and business processes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively across teams
• Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with competing priorities
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies preferred
