Job description – Senior Salesforce Developer (Technical Lead), NJ (Hybrid)
We are looking for a passionate Senior Salesforce Developer who takes pride in designing and developing solutions on Salesforce platform across Service, Sales, and Marketing segments. The role reports to the Salesforce Senior Manager and works with program and project teams across the enterprise to design develop and deliver Sales, Service, CPQ and Marketing solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Strong Salesforce design and development expertise.
• Performing design and conduct code reviews.
• Applying Salesforce best practices, standards, principles to work within Salesforce framework and limits.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Create and maintain required documentation for solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues during development, testing and production support.
Experience:
• 8+ years of hands-on expertise designing and developing solutions for complex business processes in Salesforce Sales, Services, CPQ, Experience Cloud
• Experience with Apex, Lighting Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Queueables, Batch Apex, Callout Integrations.
• Skilled with CI/CD frameworks in Agile delivery model on Salesforce projects: VSCode, SFDX, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, or Flosum / Copado / Gearset etc.
• Strong proficiency in Secure coding, Sharing Architecture – Org security, security in Apex coding, SOQL, SSO, Connected Apps, oAuth.
• Application integrations using Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing data models on Salesforce platform: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, CPQ (preferred) – standard, custom, external objects.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing data models on Salesforce platform
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Expert in managing multiple environments and deployment across environments (sandboxes, production, change sets etc.)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (strongly preferred).
• One or more of Salesforce Architect level certifications (Application Architect, Systems Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect)
