We’re looking to hire a full-time Senior Technical Recruiter who can succeed at all or part of:

  • Sourcing, Engaging and Attracting top tier engineers for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Conversing with and qualifying candidates over the phone/hangouts/and in person
  • Identifying and assessing candidates skills and expectations and matching/managing against client needs
  • Learning who our clients are, understanding their requirements and unique value propositions
  • Working directly with client account managers, candidates, and hiring managers
  • Visiting client sites and hiring managers to understand client needs and corporate culture
  • Continually enriching yourself on modern technology and market trends

Requirements

  • 1-5+ Years of Technical Recruiting Experience
  • A self-motivated Get It Done attitude
  • You are motivated by money and the need to win
  • You understand social media, Boolean searching, chrome extensions, ATS functionality, networking, warm/cold calling
  • You are a BEAST at Outbound Recruiting
